On My Honor Award Recipients!

Congratulations to our newest recipients of the "On My Honor" religious award in Troop 719!

The "On My Honor" award is the religious award for LDS Troops.  The adult award (shown above) is earned through years of service and leadership with Scouts - Cub Scouts, Boys Scouts, Varsity Scouts and Venture Scouts.

The following were given this award for their years of service to the Boys of 719:

Mike Duke
Gary Gardiner
Joe Baty

Congratulations to Mike, Gary & Joe!

The Boys of 719 can earn the Youth Religious Award "On My Honor" shown below:

This ribbon award can be worn on their pocket with their Eagle Medallion and Varsity Denali Award.

They can earn this award by earning the Star Rank, completing their current section of the Duty To God, serving the Troop / Quorum and visiting with the Bishop.

Once a leader or boy has earned the On My Honor award they may wear the associated knot on their uniform:

The adult knot is shown here:

The youth knot is shown here:

If a scout earns the On My Honor award as a youth he may wear the youth knot while he serves as an adult leader.
