Another Change in Leadership & Summer 2014 Pictures

As boys get older and move on to Varsity Scouting, we have great opportunities to "promote" boys in their leadership positions.

Our new Senior Patrol Leader is Josh Born.  Dragon Patrol Leader is Jaxon Lyman and Grizzly Patrol Leader is Adam Johnson.

We also found pictures from Summer 2014 Activities.  We wanted to share:

2014 Setting Your Course for 11 year old Scouts.  These are the Knot Experts (aka knot teachers).  They worked with every boy teaching them the knots for Tenderfoot, 2nd Class and 1st Class.  Aug 2014

2014 Flags!  We love putting up flags in the neighborhood on these early holiday mornings!

September 2014 (late) at Anderson Cove on Pineview Resivoir.  What a rainy night!

 Did you see Adam?

Our THANKS! to Stan and his brother for arranging our own personal waterslide night!

Jardine Juniper Camp

Here are a few photos from our Jardine Juniper camp in Logan Canyon.  It took longer than expected, but it was a good hike and we had some delicious Aggie Ice Cream as we headed home.

The boys completed most of the camping merit badge and did a good job on this portion of the cooking merit badge.

They also practiced for teaching Knots at the Setting Your Course 2014 event for 11-year old Scouts.
